This is a very good mix for those that like dirty Martini's. Since it has a Vermouth taste you don't have to add Dry Vermouth so it's a very dry Dirty Martini. It also makes a good ingredient in any recipes that call for Olive Juice and Vermouth. Olive Jars are less susceptible to breakage than our long neck bottles.
